Gateway has recently put into stock a profile of MBRS series Schottky rectifiers in SMB and SMC packages.

These parts are now part of Gateway's standard stock profile but other values are available on short lead-time, typically 5-6 weeks. The short lead-times are achieved thanks to EIC having their own silicon wafer production enabling them to ensure the very highest quality of product and efficient delivery schedules.

EIC rectifier diodes are direct equivalents to many of the OnSemiconductor range that are currently very hard to obtain and are on long lead-times.

Gateway is EIC's sole representative in the UK.
