Gateway has recently placed a profile of surface mount tantalum capacitors from NIC Components into stock. As with other passive and active components, tantalum caps are in great demand at the moment and so Gateway has profiled a range of popular capacitance values, case sizes and voltages.

These capacitors come in the standard tantalum case sizes (A, B, C etc.) and are like-for-like replacements for other manufacturers of standard SMD tantalum capacitors such as AVX and Kemet.

These capacitors are RoHS compliant and samples can be requested through NIC's Quick Kit service
